Cowboys' Ware Close To Sack Record

NFL.com - Dallas linebacker DeMarcus Ware has nineteen sacks, and is close to breaking Michael Strahan's NFL record with two games left in the regular season.

"He's going to draw a lot of double teams, a lot of chips and all that stuff," coach Wade Phillips said. "But he continues to come through. ... I think it's outstanding that he's gotten to this point even threatening the record."

Strahan had 22.5 sacks in 2001. The Cowboys will face the Ravens and Eagles to conclude the season. [READ]
