Westbrook Alters Style To Avoid Concussions

950 ESPN - Eagles running back Brian Westbrook is altering his running style in order to avoid further concussions.

Westbrook suffered a concussion in Philadelphia's win over Washington on Oct. 26 and missed their victory over New York last Sunday.

"Hopefully, I'll never put myself in that same position to get a concussion in that same way," he told 950 ESPN Radio.

He will try to keep his head up as he braces for contract. In the past, he has dipped his chin, putting his head in a more vulnerable position. [READ]
